The pre-order is a service offered to make shopping easier.
- If you have limited time,
- If you do not want to carry the items you purchase with you,
- If you would like to have a relative or acquaintance who is traveling purchase items for you but they do not know which items to purchase, you can place a pre-order.
This service is currently valid for our stores in Istanbul Ataturk Airport and prices are only applicable at our stores in Turkey.
Please note the following before purchasing items:
Items featured on the pre-order system include cigarettes, candy, chocolate, tea, coffee, perfume, alcoholic beverages, cigars, makeup, skin care products and tobacco. Accessories and boutique products, shoes, bags, clothing, watches and similar jewelry items are not available on the pre-order system.

Domestic products are only sold at the DEPARTURE terminal.
- Pre-order forms should be completed and sent at least 36 hours before the time of delivery.
- Please fill in the pre-rder form and send it to us for processing.
- Your pre-order form will be processed by our staff and your order will be ready for delivery at the store you specify on the form.
- You can pay for your order upon delivery at the store?s register with a credit card or in cash with Turkish Lira or a foreign currency.
- Prices on the main system are subject to change between the order date and the delivery date. ATÜ always reserves the right to change prices.
- You will be quoted a total price in Euro when you place the order, but the exchange rate used for payment will be determined at the time of delivery.
- Product inventory is limited. Sometimes the product you order may not be available in stock at the time of delivery.
- To account for the possibility of changes in flight plans, the products specified on the pre-order form will be held for 3 days after the delivery date.
- Pre-orders can be picked up at the Main 1 Duty-Free store in the departure terminal and at the Arrival 1 store in the arrival terminal.
- Passengers who fill in the pre-order form shall be considered to have agreed to the aforementioned matters in full.
