No product changes or returns are available on duty-free goods purchased from our stores. According to the provisions of Consumer Law no. 4077 amended by Law no. 4822, in order for defective goods to be evaluated, you should contact the customer relations department with the products invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process customer complaints more than 30 days after the date the purchase was made.

SHOPPING LIMITS / CARRY-ON RESTRICTIONS
You can shop from our stores within the shopping limits set by the customs laws of the Republic of Turkey. However, because carry-on restrictions show difference based on the destination country and whether your flight is direct or via a connection, you should check the quantity of goods based on the country you are going to.
- Passengers are responsible for checking carry-on restrictions. For current information, please visit the web sites for the airports you are going to. These limits must be confirmed with the destination country.

All promotions of ATÜ take place between the dates announced in the Stores and our Web-site. The prices of promotions are only valid through the promotion dates. All promotions are indicated with (

- Please kindly be aware that, we can not receive pre-orders later then 36 hours before the pick up time.
- Please simply fill in the form for a pre-order and forward to us so we can follow up.
- The pre-order forms will be utilized by our staff and your orders will be prepared for you to pick up at the shop you have chosen
- The payment will be done at the cashier desk when you pick up your order pack.
- Please be notified that the prices in the data base of the system may change at the date you pick up. ATÜ holds the right of any price changes of products at all times.
- Please be notified that the total sum of your orders will be in Euro, and the exchange rates for the payment, will be the rates of the pick-up time.
- Please be notified that the products are limited with stock. At times we may be out of stock for some products and will not be able to serve.
- In case of changes of flight details, your pre-order pack will be kept for 3 days after the date stated for pick.
- Pre-order pick up desks are placed in the Main store at Departure Terminal and Arrival 1 store at the Arrival Terminal.
- Passengers who fill out the Pre-order Form, will accept all conditions listed above.

Connecting Flights (Transfers)
On flights to European Union countries, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Croatia, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea or Malaysia, you can carry LIQUID products maximum 100 ml in containers enclosed inside 1 liter zip-lock bags.Direct Flights to the United States of America and Canada
Duty-free liquid products that you purchase, can only be taken with you on the plane if placed in special sealed bags. You must purchase liquid products at least 1 hours before your plane's departure. We are going to deliver the items you purchased in sealed bags to the gate where your flight departs. There are no security limits for non-liquid liquid products that you purchase.If your flight to America connects at another airport, you must place the clear bags in your checked luggage. ATÜ Turizm İşletmeciliği A.Ş. cannot be held responsible for policies implemented during transfers for domestic flights in America.

Can I change products that I have purchased?
The product changes cannot be performed for goods purchased from the duty-free retail sales stores that we operate here at ATÜ.What should I do if there is a problem with a product that I have purchased?
According to the provisions of Consumer Law no. 4077 amended by Law no. 4822, in order for defective goods to be evaluated, you must contact the customer relations department with the products invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. The receipt, payment slip, product packaging and documents must be presented for a return.Can product changes or refunds be made for product defects resulting from improper usage?
Pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Law, product changes or refunds cannot be made for problems resulting from improper usage. What should I do for product defects? All of the products sold at ATÜ are guaranteed by the importer and product warranties are provided by the manifacturer companies. Our Customer Relations Department can help you contact authorized services.How much can I purchase and carry?
The customers must take the initiative regarding carrying limits and rules. We can provide you with information about the purchasing limits within the framework of Turkish customs rules. Carry limits, on the other hand, depend on the country you are travelling to and ATÜ assumes no liability. Why is the purchase of alcohol prohibited on connecting flights and why can't we purchase more than 100 ml of liquid? It cannot be purchased due to safety regulations applied to carry-on baggage around the globe. Does the passport holder have to be the one who does the shopping? Yes, they do.Do the prices include taxes?
The products sold in our duty-free shops are exempt from tax.Can I shop without being a passenger?
Only passengers leaving the country or entering Turkey from abroad can shop at our duty-free shops in the free zone during their travels pursuant to the Customs Law. Therefore, unless you are an international traveler, you cannot shop in our stores. I don't have my boarding pass with me at the moment. Can I purchase goods without my boarding pass? Pursuant to custom regulations, in order for you to be able to shop in our stores, you must have your boarding pass and passport with you. Product prices are higher compared to products sold domestically and on the airplane. Pricing is based on the overseas duty-free market. There may be price differences on some products because our product offering is so extensive.Can we use bonus/chip money on purchases?
Only for banks with which we have agreement.What exchange rate do you use?
The exchange rate we use is determined according to market conditions. A 4% commission is received for money exchanged in the airport. ATÜ does not reflect this in the exchange rate.Why are the prices in Euro?
Prices are indexed to the Euro because the products we sell are supplied from abroad.How can I find the product I want on your website?
