In addition to all of the aforementioned factors, it is needed to have a healthy life and diet for healthy skin and hair. Daily water consumption must be increased, fruit and vegetables with rich vitamin A, E and C content must be given weight in order to follow an anti-aging diet. Supplements such as carotene, biotin, some vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, Omega-3 and Omega-6 prove to be very beneficial when included in a healthy diet pattern. Free radicals in our body increase with the effect of the sun rays. We eliminate most of the aforementioned affect through regular use of skin care products.
