Kutaisi International Airport passengers start enjoying the advantages of duty-free shopping at ATU Duty Free’s new store
ATU Duty Free has opened its 148 square meter duty free store in Kutaisi David Agmashenebeli International Airport with an official ceremony held today.
Mayor of Kutaisi Shota Murghulia, Director of United Airports of Georgia Mrs. Kate Aleksidze, State Imereti Region officials, Georgian Civil Aviation authorities, Kutaisi Air Navigation authorities, ATU Duty Free management, guests and the Georgian press attended the opening.
Kutaisi Airport is the 3rd operation point of ATU Duty Free in Georgia after Tbilisi and Batumi and 11th city ATU Duty Free operates internationally.
The construction process of the new store started in December 20th, 2013 and took less than a month. The new duty free store will feature over 700 products from selected international brands, including classic duty free products, Georgian wines and Turkish delights where passengers will be able to enjoy exclusive quality of travel retail with advantageous prices.
